Where Strength and Size are the only goals

A bit of a bad start! I was feeling a little under the weather but determined to train as it’s the only open gym session I can attend and it’s already been over two weeks since I lifted anything worthwhile.

I erred on the side of caution and just felt out the weights as I went, the Bench felt good, but the squats really took it out of me (probably due to being a bit rough), however I still managed to get the 5×5 that I’d planned.

Bench 110kg x5x5x5x5x5

Squat 135kg x5x5x5x5x5

Deadlift 140kg x7 – This is the first time I’ve performed deadlifts immediately after squats and the bar felt really heavy!!
