Where Strength and Size are the only goals

Was glad to see no running was involved in tonights WOD! – Although, it looked like something perfectly suited to me, it was a bit of a killer! I didn’t go crazy as I’m doing a strength session tomorrow and I didn’t want that to suffer, but it still left me gasping πŸ™‚

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 15 minutes of:

5 HSPU’s (handstand push-ups), 10 Deadlifts @ 100kg, 20 box jumps @ 24″

I managed to get 6 rounds and up to 10 box jumps in the timeframe – No problems with the HSPU’s, deadlifts slowed around round 3 but it was the box jumps that killed me!
